Frequently asked questions.

How often should I get my house washed?

It’s important to clean your home at least once a year, or every couple of years at a minimum, to keep your siding in good condition. Mold thrives in moist environments, and when it grows on surfaces, it draws moisture out of the material. For painted surfaces, mold absorbs the moisture from the paint, causing it to become brittle and peel off. On vinyl siding, mold draws moisture from the plastic, which can make the material more fragile and prone to oxidation.

Are the chemicals you use safe for the environment, plants, and surrounding areas?

The short answer is yes, but it is important to note the difference between pressure and power/soft washing.

Pressure – While it doesn't use chemicals, it's not as effective for soft surfaces. It can cause damage and further deterioration dependent on the surface.

Power/Soft Washing – This method is what we use for both residential and commercial properties. Provided the technician is knowledgeable and uses the correct chemical mix, this method is both safe and effective. The pre- and post-treatment process helps protect the surfaces during application and ensures they are neutralized afterward.
